Refund Policy

At DeWeb Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide professional digital services tailored to each client’s requirements. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original order date, depending on the stage of the project and the nature of the service purchased.

Non-Responsive Clients

We cannot entertain refund requests if the client remains non-responsive for more than 15 consecutive days during an active project.

However, clients may request to temporarily place a project on hold by contacting our support team in writing.


Revisions & Project Continuation

Requesting revisions, modifications, or additional changes after the initial concepts are delivered indicates continuation and acceptance of the project process.

Once revisions are requested, refund eligibility may become void.


Partial Refunds for Package Services

For bundled packages (such as Logo Design, Branding, Website Development, SEO, Social Media, or Marketing Services), refunds will only apply to the unused or uninitiated portion of the package.

Completed services, approved milestones, or delivered work are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated, activated, or delivered:

  • SEO Services
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Domain Registration
  • Hosting & Server Services
  • Third-party Licenses or Plugins
  • Content Writing already delivered
  • Rush Delivery Services
  • Consultation Fees
  • Maintenance Plans already billed
  • Custom Development Work after approval

Website & Development Projects

For website or development projects:

  • Refunds will not be entertained once design approval has been provided and development has started
  • Refunds are not applicable after deployment, migration, or handover of files/access credentials
  • Any additional functionality requested outside the agreed scope may involve extra charges

Promotional & Discounted Packages

Services purchased under promotional pricing, discounted offers, seasonal campaigns, or special custom deals are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer changes their mind
  • Another company or freelancer is hired for the same project
  • Required project information was not provided
  • The customer becomes unresponsive
  • A complete design or concept change is requested after approval
  • The refund request exceeds the allowed refund period
  • Company policies or Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior is directed toward staff
  • Delays are caused by the customer

Approved Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take approximately 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

Ownership & Intellectual Property

If a refund is issued:

  • The customer forfeits all rights to use any concepts, designs, content, code, or deliverables created by DeWeb Solutions
  • Ownership of all rejected or refunded work remains exclusively with DeWeb Solutions
  • Any unauthorized use of refunded work may result in legal action

Limitation of Liability

DeWeb Solutions shall not be held responsible for indirect business losses, lost profits, ranking fluctuations, advertising performance, or market-related outcomes associated with the use of our services.

DeWeb Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
